Cancellation
1. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. may cancel an order if the Product is not available for certain agreeable reason between customer and Pivot Red Sdn. Bhd.
2. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. shall notify the case and return any payment that has made, as agreed and acknowledge by Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd.
3. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. shall refund the money received, but it may not be via the same method as it was made via the payment gateway.
4. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. shall not accept any cancellation of order for any possible reason, except for cases as mentioned in (Cancellation 1.)
Faulty Products
1. Pivot Red Sdn. Bhd. warrants that:
a) the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
b) the Product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
Returns and Refunds
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This Return Policy is applicable to Buyers who have purchased Products through the Website, www.woollyheart.com

2. RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCESS
2.1 You may request to return any Products you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons :
i. the Product received is not what you have ordered
ii. the product received does not correspond with its description on
the Website on the date of purchase
iii. the Product received is expired.
2.2 You may only return Products that are :
(a) unconsumed, unused, undamaged and unwashed;
(b) in their original packaging;
(c) unopened and unmarked; and
(d) returned as a whole, not broken into parts.
2.3 To proceed with your return request, you must notify Nanyang Mass by email at info@nanyangmass.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address.
Upon receipt of your return request, Nanyang Mass will review your return request and at Nanyang Mass’s sole discretion, decide to :
(a) replace the Product with a new item;
(b) give you a full refund for the Product;
(c) credit your account with the value of the Product; or
(d) inform you that your Product is not eligible for return.
2.4 Nanyang Mass will confirm your request for a return through email and upon receiving such confirmation, you may return the Product by dropping it off at Nanyang Mass: Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd.

2.5 You agree to arrange for and pay the costs of returning any Products to Nanyang Mass, be it by post or otherwise. Nanyang Mass reserves the right to deduct the cost of providing any collection service from the refund amount.
2.6 Nanyang Mass must receive and approve your return request before your return can be processed.
4. NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
4.1 Nanyang Mass reserves the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange, and retains the discretion not to provide a reason for Nanyang Mass’s decision.
4.2 Nanyang Mass reserves the right to decline the return request, for any of the following reasons:
(a) The Product(s) is not returned in satisfactory condition in its original packaging; or
(b) The Product(s) has been opened, used or otherwise tampered with to the extent that it is no longer in a saleable condition.

1. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
2. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. places great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you upon receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.

In the event of a complaint, kindly describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. assigned you in the Confirmation of Order.
4. If you did not receive any response from us within 5 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases, your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or failed to reach us, or correspondence that we sent you may otherwise have not reached you.
Availability of the Website, Security and Accuracy
1. Whilst Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. endeavours to make the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable, if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable for any time or for any period. Nanyang Mass Sdn. Bhd. makes no warranty that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed.
